October - November  2025
Pre-Application Meetings for new organizations October 1 to November 14.  Meetings may be scheduled up to November 14.

December 2025 - January 2026
Application period December 1, 2025 - January 6, 2026.  We have accounted for the holidays.

January 2026
Invitations and Declinations distributed January 26.

February 2026
Pitch Days will be held February 4 and 5 from 9:00am-12:30pm in Colorado Springs.

9 Months Following Pitch Day
Site Visit evaluations conducted with grantees
