Peak Education is a nonprofit organization that seeks to help students access opportunities-to create a new future. In partnership with Harrison School District 2, Peak Education serves students in grades 6-12 who are are categorized as low or very low income students. Students work on four core strategies including: college and career readiness; leadership development; family engagement; and community connections. Through each of these strategies, students obtain a better understanding of what it takes to pursue a college education. Peak Education serves over 200 students and 400 family members. Historically, 95% of students in the program graduate on-time from high school and 90% have enrolled in some form of higher education.
